No. 7 Texas (15-16, 7-11 Big 12) vs. No. 10 TCU (11-20, 2-16 Big 12), 8:30 p.m.

Quarterfinals Thursday, March 14

No. 5 Iowa State (21-10, 11-7 Big 12) vs. No. 4 Oklahoma (20-10, 11-7 Big 12), 11:30 a.m.

No. 1 Kansas (26-5, 14-4 Big 12) vs. Tech/WVU winner, 2 p.m.

No. 2 Kansas State (25-6, 14-4 Big 12) vs. Texas/TCU winner, 6 p.m.

Texas Tech Red Raider Basketball blew a 17-point first half lead Saturday and lost in overtime to the Texas Longhorns 71-69 at United Spirit Arena in Lubbock.

Texas Tech finishes the regular season at 10-19 overall and 3-15 in the Big 12 Conference. Texas Tech will play the West Virginia Mountaineers in the first round of the Big 12 Tournament Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Kansas City. West Virginia swept Tech in the regular season series.

If Texas Tech wins on Wednesday night, they will face Big 12 Co-Champion Kansas on Thursday at 2 p.m. Tech has never beaten Kansas in the Big 12 Tournament.

The Red Raiders are 12-16 all-time in the Big 12 Tournament, but haven’t won a game in the championships since 2010.
