The #21 ranked Texas Tech baseball team was looking to bounce back over the weekend when Oklahoma came to town as they lost back-to-back games during the week.  Tim Tadlock and company did something that a Texas Tech team had not done since 2002.  That was sweep the Sooners, which is exactly what they did at Dan Law Field and Rip Griffin Park.

Texas Tech's bats were on fire in this series as they scored 37 in the three games against Oklahoma while limiting them to just 13 runs.  The team went on to win game one by a final score of 9-5, game two 14-4, and the series finale on Sunday 14-4.  Offensively the Red Raiders were led by center fielder Devon Conley who went 2-for-4 in the finale and finished the series batting .615 (8-for-13) with three straight multi-hit games.

#21 Texas Tech will hit the road for the final time during the regular season with five straight road games starting on Tuesday, April 29th at Oral Roberts University with first pitch for that game set for 6pm from J.L. Stadium in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
