We talked with Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets about how to make a great dish that will delight the eyes and taste buds, but not tax your already busy lifestyle.

She suggested making a tray with the red, white and blue represented with strawberries, watermelon or red raspberries, white chocolate or yogurt covered pretzels and blueberries.

You can also compliment a taco bar at a party with a tray of blue corn chips, red salsa and white sour cream. Voila!

To make it even easier, grab the pre-cut fruits and veggies at United, Market Street, Amigos or Albertsons.

And we can't forget the meat! One of the biggest grilling holidays and they have you covered there too, with some of the best cuts of meats, chicken and fish.

Make it even simpler by grabbing the prepackaged kabobs or fajita packs and you are well on your way to the best July 4th yet.
