[UPDATE] Julian JR Duran has been found. The missing Canyon, Texas boy was located by his step-father Friday night near a mobile home in a trailer park.

According to the Randall County Sheriff's Department, the mobile home, which was unoccupied, is owned by Duran's step-father.

[ORIGINAL STORY] As of 9 a.m. Friday morning (August 12), 12-year-old Julian JR Duran has been officially missing.

He left his house Thursday around 2:30 p.m. and was seen shortly after, but not since then.

Currently the Randall County Sheriff's Office is looking for him. That is one of the counties that includes Amarillo and Canyon. According to NewsChannel 10/KFDA:

Julian is 12 years old and is 5'4" tall, weighing 160 lbs. He has brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing grey wind suit pants with a black Canyon Eagles shirt. His parents say there is a yellow circle and purple bird on the shirt. He is also wearing black and white Nike Air tennis shoes.

Duran was last seen yesterday around Lakeview Elementary School, which is on Lair Road outside of Canyon. He had a black and white Pekingese dog with him at the time.
