Are You Excited for the Start of the Texas Tech Baseball Season?[FAN Poll of the Day]

Game week for the Texas Tech baseball team is finally here as the Red Raiders face off against #3 Indiana in a 4 game series in Lubbock starting Friday.  Indiana comes in fresh off a visit to the College World Series in 2013 along with being rated #3 in the preseason polls.

This years schedule has some really good match-ups that will be available via television.  "It is a great opportunity to have eight of our home games televised on the FOX Sports network," second-year head coach Tim Tadlock said.  "Not only is it outstanding for our current players families to watch us throughout the season, but it's also a great situation for our alumni, supporters of Texas Tech University and our recruits in this region and across the country to watch Texas Tech baseball on FOX Sports."

First pitch for Friday's game is set for 2pm from Rip Griffin Park which brings us to our FAN poll of the day.
