Atlanta Falcons Beat Dallas Cowboys 19-13, Remain NFL’s Only Unbeaten Team

The Atlanta Falcons beat the Dallas Cowboys 19-13 to remain the NFL’s only undefeated team.

Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was 25 of 35 for 321 yards and one touchdown.  Running back Felix Jones had nine carries for 39 yards and no touchdowns.  Kevin Ogletree was Dallas’ leading receiver with 3 catches for 96 yards and one touchdown.

On the other side of the ball, Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan was 24 of 34 for 342 yards and no touchdowns.  Running back Michael Turner carried the load for the falcons with 20 carries for 102 yards and one touchdown.  Julio Jones was Atlanta’s leading receiver with 5 catches for 129 yards and no touchdowns.  Kicker Matt Bryant kicked four field goals for the Falcons.

The Cowboys hope to return to the win column next week when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles on the road in a key NFC East matchup.  Kickoff is at 3:25 pm.
