Cole Shooter

Cole Shooter, a Lubbock native, attended Lubbock High School and holds a degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University, where he minored in music performance, specifically voice, organ, and carillon. Cole also received a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayland Baptist University in August 2013, and will attend the Texas Tech School of Law beginning in fall of 2014. Cole has led numerous political organizations around Lubbock and Texas Tech, in addition to being the former president of Tech's Zeta Sigma chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, the nation's oldest men's music fraternity, and the Tech Guild of Carilloneurs. He was an opinions columnist for Tech's Daily Toreador from August 2006 to December 2010, and Cole's columns have been featured in Gwen Ifill's Washington Week, the Jewish Collegiate Weekly, as well as other publications. Cole has been a news anchor at KFYO since February 2007.

Aggies Outlast Texas Tech 45 – 40

Overall, A&M took 46 carries and ran for 205 yards. Tech’s Doege led the Red Raiders, running for 391 yards and threw for three touchdowns. Eric Stephens ran for 122 yards for 22 carries, before severely injuring his knee, along with the prospect of him coming back for the rest of the season.
