Six Flags has announced that two of its Texas amusement parks will see plenty of superhero star power soon.

Batman The Ride and Justice League: Battle for Metropolis, two brand-new roller coasters, will (respectively) debut in Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Six Flags Over Texas.

Batman The Ride, dubbed the world's first 4D fly coaster, will open in Six Flags Fiesta Texas, located in San Antonio.

Six Flags described the new roller coaster in a news release:

BATMAN™: The Ride features a massive, imposing, floating and twisting track frame, in which ride vehicles begin their journey by traveling up a 120-foot elevator-type lift before being released for their highly unusual sensory journey…including two beyond-vertical free falls, in addition to the six head-over-heels spins. Not only is BATMAN™: The Ride the most exciting thrill ride in Six Flags Fiesta Texas history, it is currently not available anywhere else on the planet. This attraction, based on the comic, will offer a total immersion into the Batman storyline with numerous special effects including the world-famous Batmobile and Bat-Signal.

Batman the Ride is scheduled to open summer 2015.

Another DC Comics property, the Justice League, will see its own roller coaster debut in Six Flags Over Texas, as well as Six Flags St. Louis.

The coaster boasts six-passenger vehicles, 3D graphics and video and a story line that includes popular DC characters including Lex Luthor, The Joker, Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman.

Six Flags Senior Vice President of U.S. Park Operations Tom Iven described the Justice League coaster as "a dark ride" that boasts "an unmatched, interactive experience" for riders.

Justice League: Battle for Metropolis is scheduled to open Spring 2015.
