The 2014 Big 12 Media Day will take place in Dallas, Texas starting today and going through tomorrow as journalists around the national flock to get the scoop on the upcoming season.  Members of the Texas Tech Athletics Communications staff will be in Dallas alongside head coach Kliff Kingsbury, receiver Bradley Marquez, running back/linebacker Kenny Williams and linebacker Sam Eguavoen as they meet with members of the local, regional and national media to preview the 2014 season.

FOX Sports Southwest will televise the Big 12 Media Days beginning at 9 am Monday. Coverage will include coaches' press conferences, interviews with student-athletes and special guests, and analysts of each school's upcoming season.  Coach Kingsbury is set to meet with the print media at noon Monday. That interview will appear live on FOX Sports Southwest.  Earlier in the week the media released their first predictions for the Big 12 and Oklahoma was the favorite followed by Baylor.  Texas Tech was picked to finish sixth behind Oklahoma State and ahead of TCU.
