Brains Break Losing Streak
They’ve got brains, but apparently not a lot of basketball skills. Caltech just notched their first conference win in over 300 games over Occidental in a 46-45 season ending victory. Here’s the story from KCBD:
Caltech is a famed private research university with a heavy emphasis on science and engineering. The school has just 950 undergraduates and doesn’t give out athletic scholarships, but 31 alumni and faculty have won the Nobel Prize.
Bummer it was the last game of the year, ’cause I could say “I’ve got Beaver Fever” all year long.
