Brandon Snyder lit the world on fire last night, belting in three RBIs in the Texas Rangers 14-3 romp of the Baltimore Orioles. Snyder, who ironically was the Orioles top draft choice in 2005 came back to bite his former team who only played him 16 times over the course of his career. The Rangers who acquired him back in January for cash considerations are hoping he continues this play for the rest of the season.

Michael Young and Josh Hamilton also homered for the Rangers. Hamilton's homer was his 10th on the season. The Rangers offense was explosive to say the least, making 19 hits on the night, 10 of those hits coming off of Orioles starter Brian Matusz.

Rangers starter Matt Harrison gave up three runs on six hits in seven innings of work.

While the score seems lopsided, the game was much closer until the 9th inning when the Rangers blew the lid off the game. The Rangers improve to 19-10 on the season, and continue to the lead the American League West.
