Bubba Jennings Joins Sports Shack For Tech Basketball Talk And Recap
Texas Tech assistant basketball coach Bubba Jennings joined The Sports Shack with Scott Fitzgerald and Alan Berger to talk Texas Tech basketball and recap the McNeese State game.
Jennings talked about how excited he was to have New Texas Tech head football coach Kilff Kingsbury at tomorrow game. He then recapped the game against McNeese State. He talked about what went wrong during the game and said that the week off for finals could have been a factor in his team being out of rhythm. He talked about how the team’s inabilty to convert from the foul line hurt Tech’s chances to win the game.
He talked the corrections that Tech had to make for the next game such as conditioning, rebounds and free throw shooting. He mentioned that the big thing that he took from the McNeese State game as was that Tech needed to improve on defense. He previewed the Alabama game and Tech’s game plan for the game. He went on to talk about general NCAA basketball.
