Manziel, Te’o, Klein Named Heisman Finalists

History could be in the making this weekend, with a defensive player and a freshman highlight among this year’s finalists for the Heisman Trophy. Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel, Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o and Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein were announced as candidates for football’s most prestigious trophy, which will be awarded Saturday night.

Notre Dame-Alabama in BCS National Championship, Plus Your Full Bowl Guide

As expected, Notre Dame and Alabama will meet in the BCS National Championship Game to award another trophy to one of college football’s most successful programs. College Football 2012 — Week 12 Preview

We’re down to the home stretch of the regular season, with most teams having just two games remaining. There aren't many big games this week, with only two top 25 matchups and five ranked SEC schools dropping down to play FCS teams.
