The Dallas Mavericks found their way to the win column by beating the Phoenix Suns 97-94.

O.J. Mayo led the Mavericks in scoring with 23 points including the go-ahead jumper late in the fourth quarter to seal the game.  Brandan Wright and Darren Collison each had 16 points and Chris Kaman had 15 points to help the Mavericks efforts.  Chris Kaman and Shawn Marion both left the game with injuries for the Mavericks.

On the other side of the court, Markieff Morris led the Suns in scoring with 15 points.  Phoenix rallied from a 15-point deficit to tie the game in the final minute.  With this loss, the Suns have now lost five games in a row.  P.J. Tucker and Jermaine O'Neal left the game with injuries for the Suns.

Dallas hits the road to take on the Houston Rockets on Saturday.  Tip off is at 7:00 pm.
