Dallas Mavericks Star Shawn Marion Will Miss Multiple Games Due To Knee Injury
The Dallas Mavericks announced Forward Shawn Marion will be out of the the next three games due to a sprained ligament in his left knee.
Marion is unable to play in tonight’s home game against the Toronto Raptors and will not make the road trip for games against the New York Knicks and the Charlotte Bobcats.He will be re-evaluated next week.
Marion sprained his knee ligament in the third quarter of the Dallas Mavericks’ 114-91 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers. He averages eight points and nine rebounds through four games this season and averages 16.4 points and 9.2 rebounds in his career.
The Dallas Mavericks take on the Toronto Raptors tonight. Tip off is at 7:30 pm on Fox Sports Southwest.
