Dallas Stars And Mike Modano Reunite

The Dallas Stars are welcoming a former player back to their organization as they hired Mike Modano as an executive adviser to the team.
Modano’s duties will consist of working on initiatives that are related the ownership group, team broadcast and corporate partnership. The U.S. Hockey Hall of Famer was the highest scoring American born player in league history, scoring 1,359 points in 1,459 games in 21 season and was an intrical part in helping the Dallas Stars win the Stanley Cup in 1999.
Dallas has also hired Mark Recchi as a team member in hockey operations and Marty Turco as an analyst on Stars broadcast. The Dallas Stars start the abbreviated 2013 NHL Hockey season at home tomorrow against the Phoenix Coyotes. Puck drop is at 7 pm.
