Davis Webb may become a Buffalo.

According to BuffZone, Webb, who announced he will leave the Texas Tech football program after graduating in the spring, will be in Colorado this weekend to visit the University of Colorado.

Webb provided no clue as to where he'd end up after leaving Lubbock. It was previously believed that he would follow departed running backs coach Mike Jinks to Bowling Green.

If Webb makes the move to Colorado, he'd see at least one familiar face: Darrin Chiaverini. The former outside receiver coach and special teams coordinator for Texas Tech accepted the Co-Offensive Coordinator position at the University of Colorado in December 2015.

Following Webb's announcement that he'd be leaving Texas Tech, head coach Kliff Kingsbury called him "the hardest-working individual" he's ever coached.

"He's a fierce competitor and an extremely talented quarterback," Kingsbury said. "Wherever Davis lands, he will immediately change the outlook of that program."

Last summer, Webb sat down at the Texas Tech campus in Lubbock with 1340 The Fan's Robert Snyder, Aaron Brodie and Steve Dale to discuss his goals, motivation and competition with eventual-starting QB Patrick Mahomes. You can watch that video below.
