Dallas Cowboys superstar wide receiver Dez Bryant is facing a lawsuit for allegedly leaving a home he rented full of trash, feces and with broken windows.

Texas State Senator Royce West, who defended Bryant in a domestic violence case back in 2014, is suing the All-Pro receiver for up to $200,000 in damages to a house Bryant had leased.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the civil suit was filed last week.

In the filing, West’s attorneys said Bryant refused to respond to his requests for reimbursement, skipped the walk through to detail damages to the home and even threatened his own lawsuit if an attempt to collect was made by West.

Court documents assert that West claims Bryant left the home "littered with trash and feces, missing blinds and shutters, with cracked windows and blackened carpeting."

West reportedly paid $60,000 in damages to the home and is seeking anywhere from $100,000-$200,000 in the lawsuit.

Bryant has stayed out of legal trouble since charges were dropped in his 2014 domestic violence case. He agreed to take a year of anger management classes following the incident.
