The All-Star break is finally here as we have reached the halfway point in this year’s MLB’s season.  That means that the annual Home Run Derby will be taking place as the biggest and best sluggers to see who is the top long ball hitter in the league.  This year’s All-Star weekend is taking place in Minnesota at the home of the Twins with the State Farm Home Run Derby taking place tonight.  The rosters for both the American league representatives and the National league representatives look like this.  For the AL, their participants are Jose Bautista (Toronto), Yoenis Cespedes (Oakland), Adam Jones (Baltimore), Brian Dozier (Minnesota), and Josh Donaldson (Oakland).  As for the NL, their roster consists of Troy Tulowitzki (Colorado), Yasiel Puig (LA Dodgers), Giancarlo Stanton (Miami), Todd Frazier (Cincinnati), and Justin Morneau (Colorado).  Yoenis Cespedes was last year’s winner (pictured on the right) and will look to defend his title tonight starting at 7pm on ESPN. That brings us to our FAN poll of the day.
