It’s no secret that Boston’s historic Fenway Park is the oldest ballpark in all of Major League Baseball, but did you know it’s also the most expensive?

The Street looked at all 30 Major League Baseball’s stadiums to find the most expensive prices, on average, for a single ticket. Fenway Park, which is in its 100th year of existence, led the way with a ticket going for an average of $53.38. The legendary stadium has enjoyed an average increase of 53 cents a year since its initial opening more than a century ago.

The Red Sox and New York Yankees, fierce rivals on the field, showed just how competitive they are in this list, as well. The Bronx Bombers came in second in the rankings, with an average ticket price fetching $51.55.

The average ticket price across all major league teams is $26.98, although that quadruples when you include a family of four, as well as parking, a game program, a souvenir cap, hot dogs, soft drinks and a beer. The average for all of that jumps to $207.80.
