FOX Sports Southwest Announces UIL Football Championships Broadcast Schedule

This month's multitude of UIL Football Championship games will be telecast or webcast via FOX Sports Southwest. The first set of games is the weekend of December 14 & 15 and the rest of the games will be played December 20-22.

The UIL will again use 'central sites' for the championship games. Shotwell Stadium will host the 6-Man championships and Cowboys Stadium will host the rest of the games.

According to FSSW, Craig Way and Randy McIlvoy will split play-by-play duties. Former Port Arthur Jefferson High School and Texas A&M wide receiver Shea Walker, Brownwood High School head coach Bob Shipley, Dave Campbell's Texas Football managing editor Travis Stewart (heard on 1340TheFan via Dave Campbell's Texas Football on Wednesdays), and former Houston Texans defensive end N.D. Kalu will rotate as analysts.

FOX Sports Southwest’s Neil Beasley and Jim Knox, former Abilene High School and University of Texas standout Ahmad Brooks, and FOX Sports Southwest Football Friday reporter Angela Hamann will serve as sideline reporters.

Ford Championship Live studio shows hosted by Ric Renner, recruiting expert Randy Rodgers and Stewart will anchor the games.
