The Houston Rockets beat the Los Angeles Lakers 125-112 last night.

James Harden led the Rockets in scoring with 31 points.  Chandler Parsons contributed with 20 points.  Carlos Delfino and Jeremy Lin rounded out the scoring with 19 points each.  Houston was down as many as 14 points early in the game but went on a couple of big runs late in the game to seal the victory of the Lakers.

On the other side of the court, Metta World Peace led the Lakers in scoring with 24 points.  Kobe Bryant contributed with 20 points and Steve Nash rounded out the scoring with 16 points.  The Lakers were short handed last night as they were without Dwight Howard, Pau Gasol and Jordan Hill.  L.A. has now lost four games in a row.

Houston is back in action tonight as they take on the New Orleans Hornets on the road.  Tip off for that game is at 7pm.
