Chandler Parsons had 20 points to lead the Houston Rockets to an 82-70 victory over the Charlotte Bobcats and snapped a four game losing streak. Parsons came into the game averaging just 5.3 points a game, got hot quick, scoring 6 of Houston's first 8 points. He shot 9 of 16 from the field and added seven rebounds to give the Rockets a much-needed spark.

The Rockets began the season 2-2, but got cold and lost the next four games, before defeating the Bobcats giving them a 3-6 overall record. The Bobcats are 2-8 on the season.

The Rockets are working their way up, and hoping to avoid another disappointing season. If they play like they did against the Bobcats, a decent season is well within their grasp.
