The Houston Rockets beat the Washington Wizards 99-93.

James Harden came back from a sprained ankle to lead the Rockets in scoring with 31 points.  Chandler Parsons contributed with 18 points and eight rebounds, including eight straight points in the final three minutes of the game to clinch the victory for Houston.

This was first victory for the Rockets since head coach Kevin McHale rejoined the team after a month's leave of absence following the death of his daughter, Sasha McHale.

On the other side of the court, Bradley Beal lead the Wizards in scoring with 20 points.  Emeka Okafor contributed to the scoring with 19 points.  Jordan Crawford rounded out the scoring with 17 points.

Houston returns to action tomorrow when they take on the Boston Celtics at home.  Tip off is at 7 pm.
