Texas Tech Red Raider Jamodrick McGruder has been named to the Houston College Classic All Tournament Team. McGruder was one of three outfielders selected for the 13 player list.

McGruder contributed heavily in helping the Red Raiders get to a 1-2 tournament record. McGruder batted .300 in the tournament, an achievement considering the pitching he was up against. He also led the tournament with three stolen bases and a .500 on base percentage. McGruder currently leads the Big 12 in stolen bases with 11 and walks with 16. If all that wasn't enough, McGruder is the current Big 12 active leader in stolen bases with 62.

McGruder has been a bright spot for the Red Raiders this year, and is one of the biggest reasons the Red Raiders have had so much success this young season.
