Good ole Jerry Jones still has hope that The Dallas Cowboys can still make the playoffs but thankfully reality is setting in on that aspiration.

Jones told the Dallas Morning News that "Im real hopeful, Im very hopeful, but Im realistic."  Jones went on to say that the Cowboys has to do everything that they can to win their next four games to try to get a playoff spot.

Dallas is coming off a 38-33 win over division rival Philadelphia Eagles, have a 6-6 record and trail the division leading New York Giants by two games pending the result of their match up tonight against the Washington Redskins.  The Cowboys next four games are against the Cincinnati Bengals, Pittsburgh Steelers, New Orleans Saints and the Washington Redskins.

It's great that Jerry Jones has high hopes for his team but it is also great that some sense has finally been knocked into him.  We will see if he is right after these four games.
