Tragedy hit the NFL a week ago when Dallas linebacker Josh Brent was involved in a car crash that took the life of a teammate.

Brent was intoxicated, which led to the crash that claimed the life of Jerry Brown. According to CBS, Brent was at twice the legal blood-alcohol limit at the time of the crash. He has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.

On Sunday, the Cowboys played the Pittsburgh Steelers, and Brent was standing on the sideline with his team, which many viewers found inappropriate. But then again, he is still a member of the team, and perhaps they should be the ones to choose.
