Dejan Kravic’s tip in with 0.4 seconds left in the game lifted the Texas Tech Red Raiders past the West Virginia Mountaineers 71-69 in the First Round of the Big 12 Tournament.
Jay Crockett led the Red Raiders with 18 points and Kravic added 10 points. Tech led by as much as 14 points, but didn’t let this game get away like Texas last Saturday.
The Red Raiders led 37-32 at halftime and then went back and forth with West Virginia
The Red Raiders advance to the Quarterfinals where they take on the No. 1 seed Kansas Jayhawks.Kansas swept the regular season series with Texas Tech.
