Leyonis Martin hit a walk off three-run homer in the 10th inning to lift the Texas Rangers to 14-11 win over the Los Angeles Angels late last night. It was the second consecutive night for the Rangers to hit a walk off home run to beat the Angels.

The game lasted into the early morning hours of Wednesday as the Rangers rallied from being down 11-7 in the 8th inning. Geovany Soto homered in the 8th inning with a three-run shot to make it 11-10.

Former Ranger pitcher C.J. Wilson was chased after four innings of work giving up six-runs on 11 hits. Derek Holland threw six-innings last night giving up four runs on eight hits in the win.

Adrian Beltre went 3 of 5 at the plate with 2 RBI while five other Rangers had two hits in the game. 11 of 12 Texas batters recorded a hit in the game.

Joe Nathan earned the win pitching a scoreless 10th inning. The Rangers go for the sweep tonight 7:05. Martin Perez takes the mound for Texas opposite Angels pitcher Jerome Williams.
