Lonestar 99.5 FM to Broadcast the 2016 CMA Awards on Wednesday

The 50th CMA Awards will be held Wednesday, November 2 and Lonestar 99.5 will broadcast the entire ceremony LIVE from 7p-10p. Streaming audio can also be found at Lonestar995fm.com and through the radioPup app.

Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will host the event, which will also be televised on ABC.

Performers and presenters include: Clint Black, Alabama, Eric Church, Keith Urban, Randy Travis and Garth Brooks.

FOREVER COUNTRY: THE ARTISTS OF THEN, NOW, AND FOREVER

In celebration of “The 50^th Annual CMA Awards,” CMA has created the biggest music video in Country Music history. Titled “Forever Country,” the single and accompanying music video features 30 CMA Award-winning acts. This single was produced by CMA Board member and CMA Award winner Shane McAnally and the video was directed by Grammy Award-winning director Joseph Kahn.

The music video is set to an intricate medley of John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” Willie Nelson’s “On the Road Again,” and Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You.” All are former CMA Entertainers of the Year.
