Lubbock Christian University Softball Wins Double Header Against Northwood University

Lubbock Christian University produced a total of 31 hits in their double header sweep of Northwood University. The Chaps took both games, winning 8-3 and 16-4. The Lady Chaps offense stole the show, batting 6-6 with runners on third base with less than 2 outs. They were also batted 6 for 15 with runners in scoring position and an astounding 10-21 with runners on base. With the win, LCU improves to 29-2 on the season, with a 5-1 record at Plains Capital Park. The Lady Chaps will stay at home to face off against Oklahoma City University Thursday at 2pm.
