Match Time Changed for Texas Tech vs Prairie View A&M on Friday

Texas Tech Soccer is hosting a first-round match in the NCAA Championship on Friday against Prairie View A&M.  The match was originally scheduled to start at 7pm, but will now start at 5pm because of the sub-freezing temperatures scheduled for Friday in Lubbock.

Friday's match marks the third consecutive season Texas Tech has hosted an NCAA tourney game at the John Walker Soccer Complex.

Tickets for the match can be purchased online at TexasTech.com or by calling the Texas Tech Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH (8324). Prices are $7 for adults and $3 for children ages 2-12. Also, up to 500 students will be allowed free admission to the match. Students should present their Texas Tech ID at the stadium entrance to receive a complimentary ticket.

If Texas Tech wins on Friday, they would play the winner of Auburn/ Florida Gulf Coast University in a NCAA second-round match.
