Miami Heat star Lebron James predicted a low scoring series with the Chicago Bulls in their best of seven NBA Eastern Conference Finals match up, and last night his words rang true. The Heat battled back to tie their best of 7 series at one game apiece, beating the Bulls 85-75 from the United Center in Chicago.

James led the way for the Heat with a double double finishing with 29 points and 10 rebounds. James’ performance was nothing but business as he was quoted saying “It’s 1-1. We’re excited that we were able to come here and get a win. But it’s just started.”

Teammate Dwyane Wade chipped in 24 points in the 10 point win for the Heat.

The game slowed to a snail’s pace in the 4th quarter as both teams combine for just 24 points. The combined 24 points is the third lowest point total for the final quarter of a playoff game since the shot clock was implemented.

2011 NBA MVP, Derrick Rose, was the only faint highlight for the Bulls on the night. He finished the game with 8 assists and 21 points, but shot just 7-23 from the field. The Bulls as a team finished less than 35% from the field and only 15 percent from beyond the 3pt line.

The series, tied at 1-1, will now shift to Miami for game 3 on Sunday. Tip off is set for 7:30PM CT.
