Midland Lee Pitcher Mick Limon Signs with LCU Baseball

Yesterday, Lubbock Christian University Baseball signed Mick Limon to a Letter of Intent to play baseball with LCU. Limon is currently a senior at Midland Lee High School and he will start his freshman year at LCU in the fall of 2012.

Last year, with the Rebels, Limon had an 11-2 record on the mound with only one of those losses coming in district play.

Mick’s father Hector is Midland Lee’s head baseball coach and a former LCU player.  Mick’s brother Marcus is a pitcher with the Minnesota Twins organization after playing his collegiate career at Wayland Baptist.

LCU’s 2012 Baseball season starts on February 3, 2012 at Northwood University.
