NBA Fines San Antonio Spurs Player For Threatening Twitter Post
San Antonio Spurs foward Stephen Jackson is lighter in the wallet these days after he was fined $25,000 by the NBA for threatening Oklahoma City Thunder foward Serge Ibaka in a Twitter post.
The post came after Ibaka and Los Angeles Lakers foward Metta World Peace (Ron Artest) were tied up during the fourth quarter of their game on Friday night. The Thunder won the game114-108. Jackson deleted the post and issued an apology through Twitter.
