Kim English scored 19 points in the first half for No. 2 Missouri who was looking to avoid a second consecutive loss to a team with a losing record after a 79-72 loss at Oklahoma State Wednesday. Missouri (19-2, 6-2) finished with six straight points, including a Ricardo Ratliffe dunk in the last minute of the game to ice a Texas Tech rally.

Texas Tech Forward Jordan Tolbert was held to single digit scoring again for a Texas Tech team that has lost eight in a row this season and has had continual struggles on the offensive end of just breaking 50 points.

Texas Tech takes to the court next Wednesday night hosting Oklahoma State.
