No. 3 Kansas Jayhawks Demolish Texas Tech 79-42

Texas Tech Red Raider Basketball didn’t do so well in action Monday night.

The Red Raiders (10-18, 3-14 Big 12) were demolished by the No. 4 Kansas Jayhawks 79-42 in Lawrence. Kansas (26-4, 14-3) never trailed in the game taking the lead from the start of the game and never looked back.

Jordan Tolbert was the only Red Raider in double-figures with 16 points. Tech was outclassed in every phase of the game. The Red Raiders only shot 26% from the field, went 1 of 15 from the 3-point line, and were outrebounded 45 to 23.

Texas Tech has a few days off until they host the Texas Longhorns Saturday for the regular season finale.
