Oklahoma at Texas Tech Lady Raiders – Game Preview

Texas Tech Lady Raider Basketball team will be honoring a pair of seniors for Senior Night Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. Lady Raider Forwards Jordan Barncastle and Kierra Mallard for their last home game in a Texas Tech (17-11, 5-11 Big 12) uniform at home in the United Spirit Arena against the Oklahoma Lady Sooners (18-10, 10-6 Big 12).

Texas Tech has dropped four games in a row and will need to win their last two regular season games and make it to the Big 12 Tournament Championship game to earn a at-large bid. Oklahoma gave the Lady Raiders their first loss of the season with 71-68 defeat in Norman on January 11. Tech is 3-10 since that loss while Oklahoma is 8-6 in that stretch.

Tech guard Casey Morris has stepped up the past few games to lead the team in scoring and will need a big night to help the Lady Raiders prevail and keep their comatose NCAA Tournament hopes alive. Kierra Mallard will be back from her one game suspension and she needs a monster night in the paint.
