Daily Oklahoman Sports columnist Berry Tramel joined the Williams & Hyatt Show Monday afternoon to talk a little Big 12 football, including what could be the best Bedlam game the state of Oklahoma has ever seen, and more.

Tramel talked about how much improvement the Sooners have made this year, compared to the team the Red Raiders faced last year.

“I think they’re better on defense. They’re better up front and the secondary is older and wiser, so they’re just better on defense, but the offense is about the same,” Tramel said.

Tramel goes on to talk about how Oklahoma’s only truly played one poor game this year, which came against Missouri, who used a balanced attack to keep the Sooner’s guessing on defense.

He also feels this year’s Bedlam game, game between OU and OSU, could be the best football game the state of Oklahoma’s ever witnessed.

“Personally I think it will be the biggest sporting event in state history,” Tramel said.
