Thursday evening, Texas Tech Football hosted another edition of their annual Women's Football Clinic. Head coach Kliff Kingsbury, select players and the coaching staff welcomed over 300 women for the event.

The clinic covered football basics, terminology and culminated in drills on the practice field.

The practice field drills had elements of a normal practice.  The women were divided up into about 7 groups and they rotated to different stations featuring elements of offense and defense plus one drill of kicking field goals.

As far as spending time with women on the practice field rather than his players, Kingsbury said, "It beats having dudes out here though that’s what I tell everybody but it’s all good.” Texas Tech opens up fall camp in nine days.
