Monday night was arguably one of the most explosive football games of all time. Even after all of the drama that surrounded the ball game, the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Rams put on an absolute show on Monday Night Football as the Rams defeated the Chiefs 54-51.

Patrick Mahomes and Jared Goff were on a totally different level as they played some of the best games in their young careers. The defense was a complete afterthought throughout most of the game but the biggest plays of the game were made on the defensive side.

There were 14 touchdowns, including three by defensive players. There were 56 first downs. There were 105 points, with 50 from each team, the first time that's ever happened in an NFL game.

Patrick Mahomes finished with 478 passing yards, 6 touchdowns, and 3 interceptions in the shootout. Any time I see Patrick unleash a touchdown strike it reminds me of his time at Texas Tech....those were the days.

Just like this beautiful throw on the run to hit Chris Conley in the end zone.

Or like this absolute MISSLE from Mahomes to Tyreek Hill, which was his 5th touchdown strike of the night.

The Chiefs now move to a very respectable 9-2 on the season as they head into their week 12 bye week. Their next game will be against the Oakland Raiders on December 2nd which you can listen on 1340 AM.
