A business in Scottsdale, Arizona requested criminal charges against Reagor Dykes on Monday, October 15th.

KAMC News reports that the owner of World Motors accused Reagor-Dykes of theft and fraud. The owner not only filed a police report against RD, but also filed a lawsuit claiming Reagor-Dykes conspired with a company called MUSA.

The owner, Tyler Thompson, said Reagor-Dykes sent a bad check for $88,500 to pay for a 2016 Mercedes- AMG GT. Thompson is also claiming the dealer sent the check knowing it would not clear the bank.

According to the lawsuit, MUSA took possession of the vehicle.

World Motors did say in court however that it received a $55,000 payment three weeks after some of the RD companies filed for bankruptcy. However, the company says the payment was not enough to make good on the bounced check.

The lawsuit reads Reagor-Dykes Dallas, Reagor-Dykes Auto Mall, Bart Reagor and Rick Dykes are liable for twice the amount of check plus interest, costs, and attorneys’ fees, totaling over $177,000.
