The Dallas Cowboys missed the playoffs four times the past seven seasons with Quarterback Tony Romo at the helm of the offense. Romo is the most prolific quarterback in Cowboys history with passing yards and touchdowns, but has been the scapegoat for fans for the team's shortcomings.

San Fransisco 49ers Quarterback Alex Smith was replaced by Colin Kaepernick after a concussion and has remained on the bench ever since Week 11. Smith wants out to start somewhere in the NFL.
