Last night the Dallas Mavericks defeated the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the NBA Finals, 112 – 103, to take their first lead in the series in the finals 3-2.

Game 4 of the NBA Finals came down to the final buzzer after the Miami Heat coughed up a 7 point lead in 4th period in an 86-83 win by the Dallas Mavericks. Mavericks star forward Dirk Nowitzki battled the flu and an over 100 degree fever as he scored 21 points, with 11 rebounds, to lead the Mavs to the win.

The Miami Heat's 'Big 3' held their own and led the Heat to an 88-86 win over the Dallas Mavericks in Game 3 of the NBA Finals. With the win, the Heat now have a 2-1 series lead over the Mavs.

Miami Heat star Lebron James predicted a low scoring series with the Chicago Bulls in their best of seven NBA Eastern Conference Finals match up, and last night his words rang true. The Heat battled back to tie their best of 7 series at one game apiece, beating the Bulls 85-75 from the United Center in Chicago.

Heat star Dwyane Wade made his no look falling down shot look like business as usual in Miami's series winning victory last night over the Boston Celtics in the NBA Playoffs.
