The Texas Rangers are in sole possession of first place after seven weeks in the 2013 season. Oakland and Seattle are both hovering around 6, 7 games back of the Rangers.

On Wednesday’s edition of The Sports Shack on SportsRadio 1340 The Fan, Sarah Powers from ShutdownInning.com joined Scott Fitzgerald to talk about the Rangers.

Powers talked about first baseman Mitch Moreland’s improved season, compared to year’s past, and his hitting against left-handed pitching.

You can listen to Fitz’s complete interview with Powers right here on 1340TheFan.com.
