The Texas Rangers go yard again to win a game in the last at-bat.

Adrian Beltre hit a walk-off solo home run to lead the Texas Rangers to a 2-1 win last night over the Los Angeles Angels.

It was the third consecutive win for Texas in the last at-bat against the Angels to sweep their AL West rivals. Martin Perez earned the no-decision for the Rangers pitching into the eighth inning giving up a run on four hits.

Nelson Cruz got the scoring started for Texas with a solo home run in the third inning while the Angels responded with a run in the 7th inning off a Josh Hamilton home run to tie the game.

Texas hits the diamond tonight to face the Arizona Diamondbacks tonight at 6:05 in Arlington. This is a makeup game from late May that was rained out. 9-5 Yu Darvish takes the ball tonight for Texas.
