The Texas Rangers took a 2-1 lead in the best of five ALDS with the Tampa Bay Rays thanks to a four run 7th inning yesterday. The 4-3 victory was thanks to the heroics of both Josh Hamilton and Mike Napoli.

Napoli led off the offensive 7th inning for the Rangers as he nailed a two run homer. Fan favorite Josh Hamilton then drove in two runs thanks to a single to right field.

Colby Lewis notched the win for the Rangers thanks to his six innings of work and six strike outs. Lewis only allowed one run in his six innings of work. Neftali Feliz recorded the save after getting out of a shaky 8th inning.

No time to celebrate the win though as the Ranges and Rays will meet again today from Tropicana Field. Taking the mound for the Rangers will be Matt Harrison. First pitch is set for 1:07.
