The ball club has announced they will increase the railing height of all rails in front of seating areas. The rails are already above the necessary established standards. The railings are currently 2 feet and 10 inches tall but the Rangers will increase that height to 3 1/2 feet.

Until the installation of the new railings are completed the Rangers will have more security officers throughout the stadium, signs posted to encourage fans to behave safely and there will be announcements warning fans of the dangers of leaning over the railing.

It has not been announced if the Ranger players will no longer throw foul balls into the stands.
