Texas Tech Baseball 2013-2014 Recruiting Class Ranked 24th by Perfect Game

Texas Tech Red Raider Baseball has earned a high recruiting class ranking from a national baseball publication. The Red Raiders received the 24th best recruiting class from Perfect Game for the 2013-2014 season.

This is the first Top 25 recruiting ranking for the Red Raider Baseball program since 2001 when they received a No. 16 ranking by Collegiate Baseball Magazine. First year Texas Tech Head Coach Tim Tadlock is widely regarded one of the best recruiters in the country. Tech currently has a list of 19 recruits  who will join the Red Raiders in the fall of 2013.

The Red Raiders are ranked fourth in the Big 12 behind Oklahoma State(17), TCU (19), and Oklahoma(21), but ahead of Texas, who comes in at 25. Baylor was the last team in the rankings at No. 50.
