Texas Tech Baseball Team Recieves Top 25 Ranking

The Texas Tech baseball team is off to a great start, going 8-1 to begin the season. The success on the field is starting to be reflected in the polls as the Red Raiders have received their first top 25 ranking since 2005. Tech is currently ranked No. 24 in this week's Collegiate Baseball Newspaper poll.

The Red Raiders currently have three wins over nationally ranked teams, including two against St. Johns in the Brooks Wallace Memorial Classic.

The Red Raiders completed a nine game home stand to start the season. They now take the road against Houston, Rice, and Arkansas.
